Silberfische im Zimmern und Ratten im Keller und und Gelände. Total unfreundliches und Arrogantes Management.

Avoid from this place. Take this advice seriously! I have the experience of living in this residence for a semester. First of all the rental money is too much high for a shared flat. Furthermore, they will charge you for every single thing when you want to hand over your room! When they gave me the room the kitchen and my room were dirty. When you want to move out they will charge you about 150 euro, if your place isn't super super clean! And also they had some problems with the painting of the wall. I told this point to the guy who showed me the room and he said it's OK and it won't be a problem but when I moved out they charged me for painting a wall!

Keinesfalls empfehlenswert. Der Preis ist für Studenten viel zu hoch, dafür, dass die Einrichtung und vor allem die Küche uralt und extrem dreckig ist. Darüber hinaus wird man nach Strich und Faden abgezockt und um die unverschämt hohe Kaution gebracht. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich.

My review with such a low rating is to do with very absurd set of rules which can lead to a huge hole in one's pocket.

Furthermore, the manager is very very rude. You won't believe it until the moving out day! My advice to you: Never go even near to Galileo Residenz.

However, you will never get the full deposit back. Actually they make various excuses for cutting your money! This happened to me and my friends!

Right next to the Uni Bremen, and a bunch of businesses. Caters to students, especially international ones. Staff is super helpful. I'm in an eight room suit with my own bathroom and bedroom, shared kitchen. With that many people there's always someone leaving a mess in the kitchen, but that's not really on them. Only real downside is that there aren't many stores or restaurants in walking distance, but if you have a bus pass, it's about ten minutes from the city center.

By the end of my stay they charged me exactly 270 euros for some stains on the mattress cover and a crack on the plastic freezing compartment which i never ever used in my life.

Nothing against the people are who are managing it, but i don't understand paying so much money for few stains on mattress and a crack which was definitely present there before I moved in.

I had a decent time living there and the management is actually pretty nice in my experience.
