Bewertungen von Ferienpark Lauterdörfle In Hayingen
We had a fantastic stay here and saw so much of the local area. Highly recommended if you like hiking, fresh air, peace and quiet, and don't mind cooking your own food, walking 5 minutes to the onsite restaurant, or 15 minutes to the really interesting restaurants in the historic town nearby. There is loads of parking available, and trolleys to transport your luggage/shopping to and from your car - use them, it is a walk away. No cars are permitted anywhere near the cabins, which is great if you have young children. Once in your cabin it is really peaceful, the only noise is birdsong and the occasional 'Hallo' from a passing guest walking to their cabin. Cabins vary slightly, ours was superb, it felt very spacious, was well equipped with all the comforts of home, except a washing machine and clothes dryer, however there is a communal washroom near the reception, washing machine tokens are purchased from the reception when open. For entertainment there is a radio, loads of books, and a small TV, however foreign visitors should note that there are no English channels on the TV, but with free Wi-Fi both in the cabin and at the site's restaurant there are other distractions. For winter guests there is central heating throughout, as well as a real fire, with fuel and kindling provided. The cabins aren't perfect, mosquitoes are an issue and I wouldn't leave a window open after dusk. There aren't any insect screens on the windows, nor is there a fan to circulate air if you do shut the windows in Summer. For fun there is a games room with table tennis and table football, there is a children's play area, a volley ball pitch, crazy golf and a large outdoor chess set. The local outdoor theatre is within walking distance, there is a great shortcut behind the cabins if on foot, and there are fantastic hiking routes to try all around you. UK visitors should note that German Pillows are large and square (80cm x 80cm), so you may need to buy cases to fit online or locally on arrival.
