I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from Military Autosource that immediately required some warranty repairs as well as some parts replaced not due Ford's manufacturing. I called Milde and made an appointment to begin to get some of my issues resolved. At first I had a great experience and the gentleman in service took photos of all of my concerns and documented them. He said he would call me in a week or two to schedule an appointment. In the mean time I was sent to a different dealership to get my undercoating resprayed and while I was there I was told that they could do the warranty repairs as well. Soon after I called Milde to see if I could get the pictures of the damages and was told that he would not give them to me because I hadn't gotten my repairs done there and he had to order a back window and only had a short time before he couldn't return it. I explained the issues that I was having with MAS and I may be trying to return the truck. I told him to send the window back and get his money back and that I would call him if I did decide to keep the truck and get the repairs done. I called back today to schedule an appointment and was told that they were unwilling perform the work for me because of what happened previously and they closed out the claim and would not reopen it to address my needs. This is not behaviour that should be expected from any business. I kept them informed and didn't leave them with a window that they could not use. This dealer was recommended to me but I will be certain that I do not pass that recommendation forward. In fact I sincerely hope that anyone that reads this stays away as well.
